Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

Every family gets a free trial of 7 days to use Seekho365 fully before paying anything. We encourage you to use the trial to decide if it is right for your child.

What you are buying

A subscription is ₹365 per child for one year. It is a one-time annual charge. It does not auto-renew, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to renew.

Refunds

Because access to the digital content is granted immediately on payment, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. We will, however, refund:

• duplicate or accidental payments for the same child, and
• payments where you were charged but access was not granted due to a technical fault on our side.

If you believe either applies, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where due, refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service or delete a learner or your account at any time from the parent dashboard. Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. Deleting a learner before their year ends does not create a refund.
